After reading all the positive reviews, I had to come check this out for myself and see…I was amazed at how easy and simple the process was. They are not-for-profit and are member-driven and this feels like a real credit union that actually wants to help people. Their rates are also some of the lowest I was able to find!

My daughter and I opened an account with Patelco Credit Union on Clay Street (Oakland) earlier this week. I can't say enough about how well we were treated, and overall, what a wonderful experience it was...I highly recommend this Patelco branch and be sure to call for an appointment with Marika!

I got a new 66-month car loan on my used vehicle, which had an original loan from Patelco. The entire process was completed in less than a day. From my first inquiry call, to signing the papers online... and now it's completely done, money transferred and paid off the original loan!

We just finished opening our second and third account here and couldn't be more pleased with the service. (They) let us know about which accounts would yield us a better rate for what we were going to use our funds for…Told us we could call if we needed any of the other things we talked about and was just so pleasant to deal with.
